Christmas Post - December 2020

Hi ya! I assume you got our Christmas postcard and are visiting this page to find out more about our family. Welcome!

Here is a visual of where everybody is in California. So far we are all COVID free. 


Martha and I flew out to Pennsylvania in November to help her mother pack for a December move into an independent living apartment at Homewood at Plum Creek in Hanover. It will help Sue have access to more people and a variety of resources all under one room. No need to battle ice and snow during the weather. We both felt very safe during our air travel. The airport terminal are SO empty and we had an open middle seat on all legs of our flights. Of course we were armed with KN-95 masks and plenty of wipes and hand sanitizer.

Now that the move has occurred, we may return to Hanover again in January to help Sue unpack and get settled in her new place. 

The big news in December is that Ruth and Josh are engaged. We are excited! Josh is a great guy and look forward to having him as a member of our family. No date is set at this time. The wedding may not occur until 2022.
